These are Sport Horns.
Show your Team spirit with custom Devil Horns available in your favorite Sports Team colors! Made with Colored Polymer Clay. These Horns attach with black elastic cording that is worn around the head, headband style. Depending on type of hair, small hair pins might be needed to secure. I believe they could be attached to caps (sans string) but I haven't committed to trying to secure any using a tacky glue.
